PRAGOTECNA always concentrated its own activity on the importation and distribution of technical products for building on the Italian market. These products range from technical flooring and walling in ceramic, to U glass and glass-blocks, and resilient floorings. Pragotecna has completed its range of products with the commercialisation of a large series of ceramic products of the most important national companies, offering to its costumers the possibility to buy products laid by high-specialized hands, guaranteeing duly carried out works.
The main strength of Pragotecna is certainly the quality of the foreign companies it represents exclusively. They are important firms established in Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Czech Republic like Gail Architektur Keramik, Penter Klinker, Marshalls, Lasselsberger ceramics, glass-blocks Solaris Saint-Gobain, basalt floor-tiles Eutit, “U” glass for constructions in Pilkington and then other firms for adhesives and special products for building like Sopro, Ripox etc.
Among the products of Pragotecna, the most important material for constructions is the glass-block for walls: white, coloured, decorated and etched with several structures and sizes to satisfy every architectonical request.
In addition to this range there is the great range for pedestrian use, in several sizes and structures too, according to the structural choice.
The glass-blocks are produced in Germany: Pragotecna has always been distributing Solaris Saint-Gobain Glassblocks products for a long time.
Pragotecna realized the klinker covering for hundreds of public swimming pools and more than a thousand private swimming pools. It is well known in the branch of food industry where it has specialized in the execution of klinker industrial floorings, anti-acid and sealed with epoxy resins for many years.
In recent years Pragotecna has also become supplier of primary Italian firms engaged in the rigging of ships built by Fincantieri.
In passenger-ships ceramic floorings and walling, mosaics in the bathrooms, technical glazed grès flooring in the kitchens, klinker coverings in swimming pools and PVC floorings and walling in operating-rooms have been used
In addition, Pragotecna is now remaking not very durable works laid by others and prematurely damaged. In these cases Pragotecna offers free technical consultation for costumers to arrange a personalized specification for all works mentioned in the complaint. With this regard, Pragotecna has created internal groups of specialized operators, able to face every kind of technical problem and to propose the most suitable solutions.
For example, technical support and advice are given by architectural studies on the “U”-glass for construction to chose the right product to use and the most suitable laying system.

In the nineties, besides, Pragotecna dedicated itself with growing care and success to the retail sale of flooring and covering materials (Marazzi, Graniti Fiandre Bisazza, Listone Giordano Cotto d’ Este ecc.), bathroom equipment and accessories first in its commercial offices in Monfalcone, then in a new showroom in Trieste and finally in an expositive room of more than 700 mq., always in Monfalcone, realized thanks to an enlargement and complete reconstruction of its own headquarters.
